Refunds and Returns
You have 14 days from the day after the date of delivery to notify Country Carpets that you wish to return your product. However there will be a return charge deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the pick up. Or if you prefer you can return the product to our showroom situated in Newry yourself. Items that have been delivered flat-packed we cannot accept as a returned product after it has been assembled or part assembled.
In the unusual circumstances that the item is faulty please inform Country Carpets as soon as possible and within seven days and we will replace the item for you free of any charge.
All returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Once the items have been collected and inspected at our warehouse a refund will be issued back on to the original card used to make the purchase. This can take up to three days. We will not accept the product back if it has been opened and used. Please retain all original packaging until you are satisfied that you don’t need to return the product for any reason.
Unfortunately under no circumstances can mattresses be returned for a refund once the packaging has been removed. Strict guidance on health and safety unables us to resell an already used and opened mattress. An unsealed mattress will be deemed used.
Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order contact us using the information available on the page. You have the right to cancel up to two days before delivery.
All items priced include delivery. We deliver to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Delivery guidelines state 7-29 days but we endeavour to dispatch any orders as soon as possible. Country Carpets accepts no liability for delays of furniture delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of any description, measurement or photograph of our products, slight variations may occur. Some of our products are hand made using natural materials and appearances may vary, as such with wood and leather products. Some woods may mellow with sunlight exposure or age therefore the levels of distress on each piece may vary slightly. These variations are not recognised as a manufacturer fault therefore no claim can be made against Country Carpets.
Country Carpets and furniture store endeavours to ensure that all prices are correct at the time of ordering. If we discover an incorrect price before dispatch we will contact you immediately providing you with an opportunity to reconfirm the order at the amended price or to cancel the order. If unsuccessful in making contact we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
